How we work

We build marketing infrastructure, which means the strategy, content, and systems your campaigns run inside, rather than one-off campaigns that end at handover. Most agencies launch a campaign, report on impressions, then repeat it next quarter. We build the system underneath, so your growth compounds instead of spiking and going quiet. The work spans five connected elements: Brand Strategy, Content Creation, Ad Campaigns, Web and App Engineering, and Client Retention.

A normal agency sells campaigns. We coordinate every part of your marketing and online presence under one roof, so each element complements the others and the effects compound. That means no juggling separate contractors for video, web development, social media, and technical advice. It's all included, with one point of contact. Strategy comes first, and campaigns get built on top of it rather than sold in its place.

No. The five elements are modular, and most clients start with one or a few. Brand Strategy, Content Creation, Ad Campaigns, Web and App Engineering, and Client Retention each work on their own and overlap where it helps. They aren't a fixed sequence you have to follow. The Marketing Diagnostic shows which combination fits your situation, and you take only those. You can add more later as things grow.

Every service in our packages is delivered in-house, by the same team that scopes it. Your strategy, content, engineering, campaigns, and retention systems are handled under one roof, so nothing in a standard engagement gets passed to a stranger. For bespoke projects that go beyond our standard scope or capacity, we may bring in approved specialists or work alongside your own, always under our direction. Standard work stays accountable to one team, and custom work gets the depth it needs.

Our experience spans many industries, helping small and medium-sized businesses across professional and technical services, in English and Spanish-language markets worldwide. Fashion, health and wellbeing, restaurants, and engineering are all represented. If you're not sure whether your situation fits, the Marketing Diagnostic will tell you honestly.

Results & commitment

Most engagements show real movement during the first 3 months, with the strongest gains across a full year. How soon you see it depends on several factors, and we're honest about those from the start rather than promising a fixed date.

The channels you use set the initial pace. Well-structured paid campaigns can lift sales quickly, but they hold only while the ad spend behind them continues. Organic growth comes from your branding, content reach, and AI search optimisation. It takes longer to build and keeps working after the spend stops. Most strategies we recommend run a balance of both for optimal results.

Your business model matters just as much. An online store with a working sales funnel can see quick, measurable sales, because the path from click to purchase is already there. A physical store, a high-ticket product, or a service business should expect the first results as more inquiries, visits, and leads, because the decision takes longer and involves people.

Several other things shape the timeline, and they are the reason no honest agency can quote you an exact date up front. How well known and trusted your brand already is. Whether you have an existing audience or customer list to activate. How crowded your market is and how hard competitors are pushing. Whether people are already searching for what you sell or you need to build awareness first. Seasonality, timing, and how quickly decisions and approvals move on both sides. The Marketing Diagnostic looks at these for your specific situation, which is how we give you a realistic picture instead of a generic one.

Ad spend matters more than most businesses expect, and underestimating it is the most common reason campaigns underperform. Paid results scale with the budget behind them, so a spend that's too low can't reach enough of the right people to work, however good the creative is. The right number is different for every business, depending on your sector, your margins, your location, and what you're selling. Rather than quote a figure that would be wrong for most readers, we calculate the spend your goals actually require as part of the Marketing Diagnostic. That way the number you plan around is real, not a guess.

For ongoing infrastructure, we recommend longer commitments because infrastructure compounds, and compounding needs time to pay back. The minimum terms are three months for Essentials and Growth, and six for Business. Each one matches the diagnostic phase, where we establish the system and gather enough real data to calibrate it. Shorter retainers produce the spike-then-silence pattern we're built to replace. If your business needs something more focused instead, we also run short-term projects, covered below.

We measure against revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value every month, so if the trajectory is off, both sides see it early. The diagnostic phase exists for exactly this, a set window to calibrate against real data instead of assumptions. Because the work runs as a system we can tune, underperformance points us to a specific element to adjust rather than a reason to start over. We would rather have the honest conversation in month two than let a quarter drift.

We measure success by revenue, customer retention, and customer lifetime value. We do report on reach, impressions, community engagement, and follower count, but those tell you a post performed without telling you the business grew. Each engagement sets its own targets during the diagnostic phase, and you get monthly reporting against them. Every number we report is one you can make a decision from.

Pricing & engagement

Engagements start at €450/mo for Essentials, €850/mo for Growth, and €1,500/mo for Business. Enterprise starts at €2,500/mo for custom scope. Each package can be adjusted to fit your needs, and the Marketing Diagnostic recommends the starting point that suits your goals. The tiers differ in the depth and range of what's included, not in the quality of delivery. You're free to choose a different tier from the one we suggest.

Every package includes monthly performance reporting, a monthly meeting, and the diagnostic onboarding process, on top of the specific elements in that tier. Essentials covers the foundational set. Growth adds broader content production and campaign management, with an Online or Social Media focus you choose. Business covers the fullest standing engagement. Enterprise is built bespoke around your goals. Full tier-by-tier detail lives on the pricing page.

For ongoing engagements, yes, and the minimum term matches the diagnostic phase: three months for Essentials and Growth, six for Business. That window is where the infrastructure gets built and calibrated against real data, which is why it isn't shorter. After the minimum term, engagements continue month to month and you can end with notice. If you'd rather run a focused piece of work than a retainer, our short-term projects have their own shorter terms.

Yes. Every standard package can be adjusted to fit your needs within its scope. For work that goes beyond the standard tiers, because your scope is broader, your timeline is different, or your goals are unusual, Enterprise engagements start at €2,500/mo and are built entirely around you, with a custom term to match. The Marketing Diagnostic is the starting point, since it defines the scope before any proposal. You can request a custom proposal directly from the diagnostic form.

Yes. Alongside our ongoing infrastructure work, we run focused short-term projects for businesses that need a specific piece of work rather than a retainer. A rebrand, a pre-season push, a fixed campaign, or a content bank are all things we deliver as a single, more intensive engagement. These have their own shorter terms, scoped to the work. If you're not sure whether a project or an ongoing engagement fits you better, the Marketing Diagnostic will point you the right way.

The diagnostic & getting started

It's a free, no-obligation review of your current digital presence, delivered within one business day of your submission. From the details you share, we look at your website, how you show up in search, whether AI search engines like ChatGPT and Gemini surface your business, and how your social profiles present. Then we send back specific, sourced findings and clear recommendations on what to improve, how, and when. Every observation comes from what we actually find about your business, and a person reviews it before it reaches you. There's no commitment and no sales pressure, and plenty of people use it purely to understand their own presence better.

Quickly, and at a pace we agree together. We set the timelines with you before anything begins, so both sides know the schedule and what happens when. From there, work starts promptly and moves methodically. We won't rush you, and we won't let things drift. Your time is limited and so is ours, which is why the pace is set by agreement and then kept to.

No. The diagnostic and booking a discovery call are two separate ways in, and either one works on its own. You can book a 30-minute discovery call directly without completing anything first. The diagnostic just makes the call more productive, because your answers shape the agenda, and five minutes on the form saves fifteen in conversation. Pick whichever suits you.

You get an immediate confirmation email, then your marketing diagnostic within one business day. It reviews your digital presence across your website, search visibility, AI-search visibility, and social profiles, and returns specific sourced findings with recommendations mapped to what to fix, how, and when. It also includes an invitation to book a discovery call if you want to go further. If you book, you'll get a short onboarding questionnaire beforehand, so the call can be as specific as possible. From there, if there's a fit, formal onboarding begins with the diagnostic phase.

We use your details only to prepare and send your diagnostic, and to follow up if you ask us to. Your information isn't sold or shared, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. We operate to GDPR standards for handling personal data.

Yes. We work fully in English and Spanish, serving brands in both languages worldwide. Every part of an engagement can be delivered in Spanish, from strategy and content through to reporting and meetings. This is native bilingual delivery, not translation added afterward. Marcas de habla inglesa y española, en todo el mundo.
